1. Little Shop of Horrors
Based on the off-Broadway production of the same name, Little Shop of Horrors is a black comedy musical. When a nerdy, young florist assistant named Seymore Krelborn (Rick Moranis) discovers a new plant that resembles a venus flytrap, he attempts to give the hungry plant something to eat. After accidentally cutting himself, he finds that the plant likes the taste of human blood. As Seymore fights to keep the growing plant fed, the demands of the talking plant soon get out of line.
2. The 'Burbs
When Ray Peterson (Tom Hanks) wakes up to strange sounds in the middle of the night, he heads outside to investigate. The next morning, we're introduced to the neighborhood, as the inhabitants of this small cul-de-sac argue with one another and discuss the new neighbors. When Walter Seznick (Gale Gordon) suddenly disappears, the family who just moved in is suddenly thrust into the spotlight. Hijinks ensue as the crazy gang of neighbors tries to solve the mystery in their own back yards.
3. Scream
High school student Casey Becker (Drew Barrymore) receives a threatening phone call from an unknown person. After Casey fails to correctly answer a question about horror movies, her boyfriend who is being held hostage is killed. Casey is next on his list, and her corpse is hung from a tree. Soon after, Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) receives a similar call, and is also attacked by the killer. As suspicions rise in the small town, will the mystery finally be solved?
4. Scary Movie
This hit film released in 2000 is a parody of previous films. The movie begins with a scene that closely resembles the first scene of Scream, when a girl named Drew receives a phone call and is then murdered. Soon after, one of the victim's classmates receives a note saying, “I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST HALLOWEEN.” The student realizes that Drew was killed following her accidental murder of another man one year ago. The story continues to unravel, hilarious twisting subplots from other films into one giant parody of epic proportions.
5. Dance of the Dead
In this dramatic film, a high school prom is disrupted when corpses from a nearby graveyard descend upon the school. A group of kooky characters bands together to protect the zombies from attacking. Will the kids succeed in preventing their prom from being ruined, or will the zombies have the last word?
6. Lesbian Vampire Killers
After Jimmy (Mathew Horne) is thrown out by his sweetheart and his friend Fletch (James Corden) is fired, the two young men decide to camp in the countryside in an attempt to get away from it all. There they make friends with a number of eye-catching ladies, and end up spending the night with them. When several of the ladies are missing the next day, the two friends wonder if they've unintentionally gotten themselves into something much more intense than they expected.
